When I’m at home I sometimes use wd2go app for android to play music. But after a few songs the app brings the error “unable to connect to device (0)” when I select a new song.
this happens while I’m browsing and searching files on the device, which works fine. There’s definetly a connection, but the app says it can’t. what gives?
Check how strong is the wireless signal when the error happens, also be sure to have the latest firmware update installed for the My Book Live.
the signal status on my phone displays full signal. The phone is half a meter removed from my router and the mybook. Lately, I can’t even play a single song, the song just stops playing after a few seconds. my firmware is up to date.
WD2go app is completely useless this way. What can I do?
