On my WDMyBookLive (firmware 02.43.03-022) there doesn’t seem to be a way to edit different users’ access levels. All users have a blue tick under the pen icon but clicking in the box under the crossed out pen icon doesn’t do anything nor does clicking on the icon itself. I’ve tried this with Firefox, Chrome & IE with the same result each time. Am I just being thick & missing something obvious? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply but the problem is that when I try to click in the box under the “read-only” icon to put a tick in it, nothing happens. The blue tick remains under the “full access” icon.
