after i update the firmware i cant access the folder anymore
it said as a default public folder which the user access cant be defined
however all other folder which made by the update and new folder i made can be access without problem

Have you tried accessing the folder from another computer?
Do you have any private folders mapped?
See if you are able to remove any mapped locations and then try connect to the Public folder.
