Smartweare does not show mybook live

i have recantly restored my pc back to factory settings,since then my smartware does not show my book live,neither does it show in my computer

it shows under my network and can access it from there,but i cant do back ups or restore files.

as far as i know my netframe and flash players is up to date

Please ensure your computer is currently set to a Home or Work Network and your anti-virus application is not blocking local network access. I would also recommend confirming your computer system is located within the same WORKGROUP as your WD My Book Live.
