hi,
i have quite a number of english and chinese music files which were ripped and tagged using dbpoweramp. all the files are in FLAC format and the music info of the chinese songs are input in chinese characters.
however, when i use the MBL duo’ media server library to search music files by artist or album/artist, all the chinese music files are grouped under “unknown” category. the only way around is to search by folder but that will defeat the purpose of a library.
can someone provide a solution to this and if this is a firmware issue, i hope wd can do something about it. FAST!
