No contact to the web interface

Hello,

I have the following problem:

For no apparent reason, I’ve only just above the “shares access”(Finder) to my WD Book Live and no contact to the web interface with the direct ip. I have reset the device and then I can only logon with the guest account on the shares. The “WD Quick View” show: no connection to the NAS. Funny that I get direct access to the files over the “shares access”(Finder) , but i can not access the web interface: not with the direct name or the ip, or with the bonjour-bookmark from safari. 

What can i do?

Hi there, that font is hard to read even when highlighted!! Well, what if you turn off the airport and connect the NAS directly to your Mac and see if you can access the configuration page? it could be a networking problem or a NAS problem, and using only the NAS could help you figure it out.
