HI there,

Under the network and remote access tab keep show me no internet access. Before that is all fine. WHat should i do, even i want to update my firmware also cant.

Have you tried powercycling the drive?

Make sure to check the connections to the router.

Change ports and/or cables to isolate the issue as much as possible.
