I have my book live 3 TB network drive using 02.42.03 – 027 firmware and wd media server. I’m using samsung d6500 tv as dlna renderer. When I try to open mkv movies using samsung tv they are not working. There’s no prompt even shown on tv. The file is not opened and it gets back to menu. Any ideas how to fix this.
