Read literally a hundred posts on this issue and all the WD support seems to based on work arounds for a system that used to work pretty well. This problem dates back to 2011, still any solution WD?
As with everyone else remote access briefly shows number of shares before cutting to Oracle website. numerous Java re-installs, trusted root certificate cannibalised from another machine, norton rechecked, windows firewall taken down, reset machine, reset mybook live, tried firefox, tried chrome, tried IE, cleared cache of IE, reset IE to default settings, reinstalled original WD MBL drivers from disk set…as you can imagine I wouldn’t be here if any of these had worked…next?
