IIRC, the My Book Live doesn’t do WebDAV in an open manner. It does use WebDAV for the My Cloud app and (i think) WD Photos, but your user ID and password are NOT correct – they can’t be, because you have no idea what they are.
The WebDAV system on the MBL isn’t using the credentials you specify for users. It creates encrypted credentials when you pair the apps to the MBL.
