Wake on Lan or something similar

HI all!

I read on forum that MyBookLive doesn’y support Wake on Lan feature. Is it true?

I connect via ssh to MyBookLive and using command ethtool on my ethernet interface i don’t see any voices about Wake on Lan so i think this feature isn’t supported.

There are others way to automatically power on/off the NAS? I think to create a simple scheduler using crontab.

Any ideas?

The MBL does, indeed, not support WoL.

How would crontab work if the system is shut down. :wink:

So there isn’t a way to power on/off MBL different from plug/unplug power cable?

An option similar to one that it’s possible to set on BIOS pc…

You can power it off via the dashboard.  But powering on requires replugging it.
