Does anyone know of a solution for IE11 and Java? A check of Java says its intalled and working ok, but when trying to access my drive, it sends me to the oracle page to install Java. This is happeneing on 3 different computers so I know its an IE/Java issue.
Funny (or not), WD phone tech support is clueless about the issue or the solution. They said call Microsoft or use a different browse.
Hi, i cannot help you because i have the problem similar on windows 8, java 7 update 45 to 64bit, IE 10 / Firefox 26.0 . I get the error message : no java sdk found .
Java work on my laptop and in the dialog box of java configuration , i accept : java active in the navigator
Same issue. I have uninstalled jave. Verified there are no other versions on computer. Reinstalled latest jave and still am redirected to oracle site. Very fustrating. Any help?
Same problem. Reported it to WD and, after countless emails, the only suggestion is to reinstall Java which of course does not work. Surely WD need to respond and fix pronto ?
