WD Web UI: Blank Page

I appear to be having the same issue mentioned here:  http://community.wd.com/t5/My-Book-Live/Can-not-longer-access-mybooklive-UI/td-p/265430/page/12

SSH is disabled on the device, as is FTP, which rules out transfering a new image/firmware over FTP and going that route.

This is a brand new drive, purchased yesterday, only things done are firmware updates and a factory reset. I would really quite like to avoid dismantling it to flash a new disk image, does anyone know if there are there any alternative solutions?

Or what this is caused by? I can still access the drive, so I presume it is just the web UI malfunctioning: will it still update firmware when a new release comes out, and will that resolves the issue?

Dashboard access is needed in order to perform an update by traditional (Supported) means. Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
