On my home network I installed WD Smartware on three computers running the following OS (Windows 8, Windows 7, & Windows Vista). I have a WD My Book Live NAS drive on the network. When I run WD Smartware on the Vista computer it did not see the My Book drive. The other computers saw the NAS drive. Why is this?

Hello ancel, welcome to the WD Community. Check if the Vista computer is part of the same Workgroup as the My Book Live and the other two computers.
