Viewing MYBookLive as network computer (windows 7)

I have MyBookLive 2TB which has been working fine

This displayed as a computer as part of my home network until recently

I am unable to access files which are saved on shares on the drive via //mybooklive/xxx but I cant save new files

any suggestions

Hello,

Please try a power cycle on your drive, disconnect the drive from the power, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in, if this does not work you may also try resetting it by holding the reset button on the back for 4 seconds.
