Very frustrated - please help a newbie...!

Hi All

I was setting up a new User, and making my folders private, when everything seems to freeze! I decided to do I reset from my dashboard, but sine then it has been inaccessible and the green light constantly flashes. Sounds like it is also working hard! Also tried resetting using a pin in the back, but no joy.

Please help if you can…

Hello,

I recommend that you try a power cycle. Disconnect the drive from the power, wait 10 seconds and then connect it again.
