I have the Live 3T and have added a family member to the Web Access account to share pictures with, I’m in the UK and she is in Tasmania.
She received the log in link via email and followed the instructions and created her own password, it did notice and tried to conect with her WD usb hard drive? “I didn’t understand that at all!” she did try the URL link to my cloud but it came back as not found.
Can anyone shed any light on this, I am a bit stuck with ideas to get her linked to my cloud, all I can think is, is it to far away or is she been blocked from my end or her end by the ISB.
