I have MyBook Live with the latest firmware and a WDTV player with latest firmware. Do I need to keep the Twonky service running on the MyBook Live to enable streaming on the WDTV Live?
With my current configuration I can stream a video from my MyBookLive on the WDTV player by navigating to the file on the networked rive. Or I can play the same file by playing it from the “Medi Player” service of the WDTV player which I’m assuming is what the Twonky enables.
I realize I can turn of Twonky and see what happens. But, I thought I’d ask first.
