Hi All, I need your help. Yesterday I have bought a Sonos to attached to my NAS but seems from yesterday seems that the NAS is stuck not allowed me to get in to the Shared folders or even appear on the network. I have tried to reset it but no luck at all. Can you please help me? Thanks

The data can be recovered, but WD Support is probably not going to did it for you. You will have to do it yourself or take it to a specialist.
