Sonos doesn´t get connection to mybooklive

Please help,

I had some troubles with my remote access to mybooklive which I have fixed now. But now a new problem came up. 

My Sonos App can not get access to my music library anymore. My music library is stored on my mybook/public. Until last week it worked and today I could not get access anymore. The message that pops up is “Computer mybooklive denies access with sonos-player”.

Please help me!!!

I would recommend confirming if your WD My Book Live allows for Public access to other devices within your home network, and to test if the Public folder is the only one having permission access issues with your SONOS application.
