I tried and tried to make a safepoint backup of my MyBookLive on a D-Link 320L NAS. It runs for a couple of days and, finally, the UI reports that an error occurred during the creation of the safepoint. There isn’t any code error or other information more accurate. Really, in the D-Link 320L NAS it seems that all the content of the MyBookLive was copied, but i’m not sure (i cannot check any directoty/file, obviously!). Can anybody help me? Thanks, Stefano
Hello, you should be able to explore the safepoint backup folder just like any other folder. Also check if you have the latest firmware update.
