Hi folks, double question on this thread - as i think they are linked queries.
Having had to format my computer and reinstall everything…i am posed with the following pop-up screen having reinstalled my WD - 1TB My Book Live.
This was previously installed with no problems, and probably around 40gb of images and music files.
When re-installing iTunes as well, I can no longer pick up my WD device…and i’m sort of thinking this pop up is something to do with it.
Will my previous install of the the drive have left a footprint or something that is not allowing a proper install and iTunes to pick it up now? If so…how would i go about rectifying this, without losing all of the content on the drive?
