Ok. I got a bit of the heeby-geebies. In /etc/nas/apache2/auth/apache_userlist what is the purpose of user `196042` which does not show-up on the Dashboard UI's list of users?
I'm never comfortable finding user logins on operating systems where I can't explain such a user-name's existance.

Comeon.... you know.... 196042.... he's like your best friend...... Are you suffering Amnesia or something?
EDIT: You might know him as "Bob" - People had problem saying "196042" so he decided to call himself something shorter....

Myron,
There you go poking around again!
This is a globally unique ID created when you enable a email address for remote access or add a mobile device. This is part of how the WD2go infrastructure works.

Sweet! I'm happy now. I guess being a time servered network and systems administrator makes one a bit nervious when a user account is found and its purpose is unknown. ![]()
