Mybooklive 3tb used to store files is working fine with 3 computers on win 7 and 8. Trying to connect ipad air didn’t work because the network setting is showing “No internet access” and I am getting (Error 31155-No internet access. Check your network and try again) trying to update the fimware and finely trying to generate code for mobile device I am getting Error 31655. Thank you for helping.

You should try a power cycle or a reset by holding the reset button on the back for 4 seconds. If this does not work then try a factory restore from the dashboard. Please note a factory restore will delete the data stored in the drive.
