I just newly bought the “My Book Live Duo 6TB”, while i newly run the installation file, it keeps showing “No My Live Book Duo found”, then the error message is “Make sure you have properly connected the provided Ethernet and power cables and the LED is a steady green, then click to Rescan”.
I have plugged in the original Ethernet and power cables, and the LED is in steady green. I tried to Rescan for multiple times, still fail. I tried to use different laptops with Win8, WIn7, WinXP, all also failed.
Please advise what can i do next?
