No Internet Acess

I have had my drive for several months without an issue. Then I could not access my files from the app. I took a look in the dashboard and found that the drive now does not have internet access. Also, it no longer sends me emails when the drive restarts or whatever. The error in the remote access section is “Error 31520”.

Also should mention, port forwarding and all network settings are correctly set up.

Is the drive set for DHCP?

What port forwarding settings do you have set? I assume you are talking about on your router.

I’ve tried numerous different port combinations. The original ports were 5510 and 5511 I believe. And no, the drive is set for static IP.

I am at a loss. Sorry. Perhaps someone else has an idea.

Actually, I found the problem. It turned out to be a faulty router (somehow). I did a firmware upgrade on said router to no avail. But it works now on a different router.
