I have had my drive for several months without an issue. Then I could not access my files from the app. I took a look in the dashboard and found that the drive now does not have internet access. Also, it no longer sends me emails when the drive restarts or whatever. The error in the remote access section is “Error 31520”.
Also should mention, port forwarding and all network settings are correctly set up.
Actually, I found the problem. It turned out to be a faulty router (somehow). I did a firmware upgrade on said router to no avail. But it works now on a different router.
