1: how do you know the address is 10.0.0.2?
2: have you try \10.0.0.2\ or http:\10.0.0.2?

How is the drive connected to the network? Is it connected directly to the router or through a switch/hub? Also, what is the default gateway address?
The drive connected to the router(don’t have on my network switch/hub)
the defult of the router is 10.0.0.138
and my drive is 10.0.0.2
Thanks for the help.
hmmm can you asnwer my 2nd question?
Also, to have that kind of IPs, it must be a pretty unique home setup. You better explain what kind of hardware you have or who set it up.
For a router to be 10.0.0.138 it is possible, but hardly seen, or setup by an advanced user.
did you do the fireware update, if so see the thread explaining the issues around the lastest fireware
its the basic setup its the defult gatway of the router.
all the problem started after i updated to the last frimware.
but now i cant accses to my dashboard and cant accses my shared files on my laptop.
yeah i dud frimware update.
it started couple days after i did the update.
