I am trying to access a Mybook Live via IE10 under Windows 8. I am getting what seems to be a common problem whereby I am re-directed to a Java download site.
As far as I am aware I have Java installed and enabled but I am still getting the issue.
I can’t find anything which specifically details what needs to be downloaded and enabled so it is possible I have failed to set something correctly or have an incorrect version.
Can anyone help with this?
modern/metro IE10 does not support java plug-in… just switch to desktop version of IE10 and everything should be ok…
