Installed the MBL

Changed IP to 192.168.0.151

Changed name to ‘jupiter’

From Chrome I can type http://jupiter.local or 192.168.0151 and access the control panel just fine.

So, no problrm associating ‘jupiter’ with the MBL.

In Explorer, however, I cannot reach either \jupiter nor \192.168.0.151

If I ping 192.168.0.151 then this is fine.

Have tried with firewall off - makes no difference.

Running Win 7 Pro. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi, check if you have the latest Java update installed for Internet Explorer.

Check and see if the  TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper  service (Administrative Tools → Services) is set to run automatically.

Since you can ping it, manage it via DNS/IP on a browser, sounds like you are having Samba connectivity issues from W7.
