I just downloaded the new firmware update for my MyBookLive 3TB drive. It downloaded fine and started to reboot. However it hung while rebooting. Now I have no access to my drive and I’m affraid to unplug and reset for fear that the firmware didn’t take! HELP!!
It finally came back 2 hours later! Whew! Thanks anyway.
