Hello.
My new 2TB MyBookLive is apparently operating correctly. However, yesterday and today the “Dashboard” shows an error message that “900%” of the space has been used, and that the “Temperature is above maximum allowed and to move it to a well ventilated area”. Called tech support yesterday. They had me reboot which seemed to fix the problem. This morning (temp 30 degrees), I received the same error message. Tried resetting as advised yesterday. No luck. Tried unplugging the unit for 20 minutes. No luck. Went to http://MyBookLive/UI which shows it to be functioning properly (although the diagnostic has remained at 90% complete for half an hour). No luck because dashboard is still showing alert.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how to fix the problem?
