When I am connected to my home network via my phone or other device using WD to go, I can see all of my mp3 folders. When I leave my house and connect via 3g or 4g to WD to go only about 3/4 of my folders are there. Why? It’s really frustrating because that’s the whole point of having a network drive, so I don’t have to take my library with me… Please help

Please verify this music files don’t have DRM (Digital Rights Management).
If this is the case the WD2Go will not see these files.
My meager library had worked fine. How many folders and files do you have?
