My TV cannot play *.mov in my MBL, but it can be previewed. who can help me? Thanks

Thanks. the TV surpport *.mov format,because it can play it when I used twonky before long. but when I use WD dlna, it cannot play *.mov format. preview means there is a photo on the mov file, but when I play,it shows "the format cannot be surported.
