Me and my friends i have set up a my book live on Wd2go.com and it works for everyone but me when i try to acces the files on the cloud drive it freezes the window and then freezes my windows explorer. Does anyone know how to fix this?
It actually isn’t freezing. Windows just thinks it is. You need to just be patient and it will work.
The reason this happens on Windows boxes is that Explorer needs to access the file to be able to read any metadata on the file, and know how to populate the context sensitive (Right-click) menus.
Just be patient and it will work.
