My Book Live major issues (all I want to do is start over)

I have a my book live presonal cloud I can not access the web interface, sometimes it will show up on my network, I can launch WD smart drive and it will show up.  I would like to wipe everthing out clean and start over but I can not access anything that will allow me to do this.  Please help

Please try resetting the unit.

For instructions on how to reset the drive. see page 125 of the user manual
