Hello guys,
I thought I had a My Cloud and apperently have a My Book Live not sure the differences but here’s the issues.
I have a networked My Book Live and have it on a static IP with all the DNS info.
When I am on my home network no problem.
When I am out on other networks I can coonect via the WD App but no via the WD2Go Webpage.
I get several Java security has blocked this. Mainly started with recent Firmware upgrade.
Before that I was able to get in via Google Chrome But not Firefox.
Now I can not get in via Google, FireFox or IE
If anyone can help with this it would be great. Otherwise I’ll sell the stupid thing and go to a My cloud (Just bought) and seems to work fine over the WD2Go site.
