Make a partition of my book live

I would like to make a partition of the disck because I want to have several user to hava acces to it, and that will help me to pretect the indivicual information, more than anythong I’m concern of virus that they may upload to the disk, if I can’t do it, could you help me to know how can I protected of this situacion?
