I was trying to transfer about 100 GB data into my MBL via finder (Lion), so I mounted MBL via finder AFP. I get only ~150 kb/s transfer speed, but when I do the same using terminal I get up ~8 Mb/s. However terminal says it can’t copy the file attributes; “could not copy extended attributes Invalid argument”.
But the transfer using Finder (AFP) copies the files with attributes, but at the expense of speed while terminal doesn’t copy any attributes.
What could be the working solution for this? I want to copy my files with attributes
