MS Office Files content showed empty

Hi,

I used another laptop(laptop 1) to upload some excel files into MBL. After completed, files showed empty content. However, if I used another laptop (laptop2) to upload files, it’s showed normal only. Not sure what’s wrong with laptop1, does anyone faced this issue before? Please help…
