MBL drive discovery issue after moving to new router

Dear forum members,

I have a MBL drive that was previously connected to a university router and configured to have a static IP. I had to leave the university and now I’m trying to connect it to my home router (UK EE Brightbox) without success. The configuration software that comes with the MBL drive does not reconize the drive. I was wondering if the issue might be a consequence of the MBL drive being configured to have a static IP instead of DHCP.

Very likely.   Just do the reset process described in the manual to set it back to DHCP.
