Do you have local access? In the Dashboard GUI is the remote access enabled?
Can you reinstall the latest firmware from file?
Also, check that your version of java on your browser is not blocking on the WD remote site. The latest version of Java plugn for firefox is blocking many java enabled sites. Have to manually enable java on each site.
