Hello everyone and seasons greetings. First post for me and wondered if any suggestions please. Set up my new 2TB MBL last night and all went well however, must have been half asleep. I created a ‘Owner password’ to access the dashboard, which I immediately wrote down. Remember of course this has to be repeated twice when creating one so I’m convinced I didn’t make an error. You guest it though, went to sign in to check all ok and says password incorrect. Theres nothing on the drive at the moment so wondered if there’s a ‘master reset’ perhaps?

If you hold the reset button for four seconds, it will reset the password and the network config back to defaults.

Thanks Tony, I’ll give it a go however, should I disconnect from router first perhaps?
