MBL 2T doesn't show in "Network"

MBL 2T doesn’t show in “Network”.   The drive shows in all of our Win7 computers except for one, the settings appear to be the same.

Hello,

Try mapping the drive using  WD Discovery Software or try to map it manually.

the 2 method don’t work, i can login to the dashboard but cannot map a drive on windows 8 or mac …
