Lost connection with MBL

I have a MacBook Air and I cannot seem to connect at all with MBL.  I’m sure I haven’t updated the firmware, I’m quite keen to but I don’t have connection.  I think I need to take it back to basic but don’t know how.

I don’t have a device dashboard (I don’t think).  All advice welcomed.

the dashboard is how you access MBL to manage it. I recommend you read the manual.

But try to connect by “http://your-MBL-IP”

That will be the IP your home router assigns to it, it should be in the 192.168.x.x. range.

If that fails, it means the device is not on the network. Also read on the manual to see what the back/front LEDs mean.
