SOmehow I lost connection to My Book LIve share from my PC and my WD devices connected to my TV’s. I can access it from my MAC however. I tried scanning from my PC and it won’t find the device. Any help on trouble shooting would be appreciated.
Hello RussK, welcome to the WD Community. You can try using the WD Discovery app to map the MBL. If the problem continues, check if the My Book Live and the PC are part of the same workgroup. Check the link below for more information.
