Is there a command for sleep mode that can be entered from a browser similar to the SSH command?

Hello, please note that these type of changes might brick the My Book and void the warranty. But maybe some of the other users can give you some good advice on how to do it.
I am only asking such questions because of all the trouble I had trying to update my MBL to Firmware Version 2.42.02-012, using the procedures on the dashboard. The update itself almost bricked the drive. I had to turn to this community to unwind the update.
