I have a My Book World Edition blue ring that neither Mionet or a reset won’t help me recognize. I have family photos etc on the drive that I need to access. Any ideas?

Have you tried a power cycle? also if possible replace the Ethernet cable and make sure the drive is plugged in directly into a wall outlet.
I tried the power cycle plugged directly to the wall and two different ethernet cables. No luck.
