I can't connect to my MyBookLive anylonger

Hi.

I cannot connect to my MyBookLive anylonger. When I try to browse my files using Windows Explorer I’m prompted for username/password. Eventhough I enter a correct username and password it won’t let me in. When using a browser (Chrome or Firefox) to this URL  https://www.wd2go.com I’m not able to connect either. But here I get some information at least.

First popup says. “Application blocked by security Settings, Your security settings have blocked an application with an expired or not-yet-valid certificate from running”.

Second popup says. "The application cannot run, Your security settings have blocked an application with an expired or not-yet-valid certificate from running, Name: com.wd.nas4g.mapdrive.MapDrive, Location: http://mybooklive-device493764.wd2go.com"

When I click on More Information I get this which I does not understand.

Same errors from two different computers.

Same errors with WD2go on the two computers, or with direct access resulting on a credentials prompt? Did you try a reset by using a paperclip? And can you still access the Dashboard?
