How to open FTP port through UPnP?

Hi there, 

I temporarily enabled UPnP on my router, and could see the WD MyBook Live opened two ports, the 80 and the 443. However, even as I selected “Allow FTP”, it doesn’t seem to open that port?

Is there a way to:

1- change those defaults ports, as other machines on the LAN may also use these

2- Open the FTP and SSH port to the Internet through UPnP

3- make a write-only FTP user, deny connection from all others if not from the WLAN?

The WD My Book Live uses port 21 for FTP. Ports 80 and 443 are used for WD My Cloud services, they work independently from FTP.
