Help with content viewing

Hello, I bought a Samsung TV recently and have been unable to view movies off my book live network storage device.  My TV can see it on the network but none of the content can be viewed. My TV says there is no video file currently available. 

 

Just wondering if there is some permissions that I need to authorize on my book in order to view the movies. Thanks in advance for any help.

Samsung doesn't like the MBL's version of Twonky.

 

You'll need to use Allshare, or search the forum for instructions on installing a different version of Twonky.
